If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us promptly. We will make multiple attempts to address your concerns and rectify any issues that may arise. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the highest quality of service and that your business objectives are met.

Resolution Process

  1. Initial Review: Upon receiving your feedback, we will conduct an initial review to understand the nature of your concerns and identify potential solutions.

  2. Action Plan: We will develop and implement an action plan to address the issues and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

  3. Follow-up: After implementing the action plan, we will follow up with you to ensure that the changes have satisfactorily resolved the concerns.

Amicable Dissolution

In the rare instance that a resolution cannot be achieved, we are committed to working with you to come up with an amicable dissolution of the contract. This may include:

  • Negotiated Settlements: Discussing and agreeing on a mutually beneficial settlement.

  • Service Credits: Offering credits for future services as an alternative to direct refunds.

  • Termination Agreement: Formulating a termination agreement that outlines the conditions and terms for ending the service relationship.
